James, LaSala & Associates, LLP, headed by Victor LaSala, PE, is a full service engineering and architectural firm specializing in the design of high technology commercial, medical, computer, telecommunications, and “smart building” facilities. In 1994, the custom programming staff within J&L Technologies created a new, full-customized telecom mapping solution, TGIS™. Today, TGIS has developed into a widely used OSP management system within the telecommunications industry in the New York Metropolitan area.
