One example of how TGIS can provide a geographic database management tool is shown here with easements. Not only will TGIS represent the geographic boundaries of the easements and display all associated data, but it will also present the user with a link to the actual easement document. Each page of the easement is scanned in and placed in a directory where it can be accessed by clicking on the map region itself.
