The custom report
interface within TGIS provides the ability to perform quick and
accurate analyses of locations, sources and number of customers
affected within an operational area. With the ability to visually
assess a downloaded report, the user can easily see and label which
trouble areas have the highest report rates and, consequently require
immediate attention. Having the ability to view large quantities
of data and pinpoint locations of reported trouble allows engineers
to reduce trouble report rates and eliminate hours of analysis time
to significantly increase annual savings.
